On being creative, and how those voices get inside your head and stop you from shining.

This is great for artists to watch. And, dude, honestly, anyone. Even if we don’t have a solution, it’s good to know other people feel similarly. Let’s keep our inner critics from killing our art. There’re enough outer critics to fight without adding ourselves to the opposition.
